Every product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). You can download COAs from the product detail page or the Documentation section. Each COA includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and testing date.

We use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) as our primary purity analysis method. Additional testing includes Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular weight confirmation and amino acid analysis for peptide sequencing verification.

Most lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius in a desiccated environment. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2-8 degrees Celsius and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.

All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when required. We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Yes. All customers must create an account and acknowledge our research-use disclaimer before placing orders. This is a standard compliance measure for research chemical suppliers.
