1. Research Use Only

All products sold by BioPharma Sciences LLC ("BioPharma," "we," "us") are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional with the necessary knowledge and facilities to handle research compounds safely.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

Access to pricing and purchasing functionality requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. All products are sold in lyophilized (powder) form unless otherwise specified. Research supplies such as syringes, bacteriostatic water, and reconstitution equipment are not included.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Institutional accounts with approved credit may be eligible for Net-30 payment terms.

6. Certificates of Analysis

Every product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent, third-party laboratory. COAs are available for download on individual product pages and through our Documentation portal. We do not provide dosing instructions, reconstitution protocols for therapeutic use, or any guidance that could be construed as medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BioPharma Sciences LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

BioPharma Sciences LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
