Refund & Returns

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we maintain a limited return policy. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during shipping
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product does not match the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis
• The product seal is intact and the product has not been opened or reconstituted

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at support@shopbiopharma.com with your order number, the product in question, and a description of the issue. Include photographs if applicable.

Purity Disputes

If you believe a product does not meet the purity specifications stated on its COA, we take this seriously. Submit your independent testing results to our quality assurance team. If the discrepancy is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement at your choice, and cover the cost of your independent testing up to $150.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
• Products returned after the 14-day return window
• Products that were stored improperly after delivery (outside recommended temperature range)
• Custom or special-order compounds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy.
