Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Shipping Methods

Cold Chain Packaging

All shipments are packaged in insulated containers to maintain product stability during transit. During months where ambient temperatures exceed 80°F (27°C), cold gel packs are included at no additional charge. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months to minimize transit time.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipments to PO Boxes are available via USPS only. Signature confirmation is required for all orders over $150. Tracking information is emailed within 1 hour of shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We are evaluating international shipping options and will update this page when international orders are accepted. If you are an international research institution, please contact us at support@shopbiopharma.com to discuss options.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please retain all packaging materials for damaged shipments as the carrier may require inspection.

Track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also view order status in your Account Dashboard.
